Preorder Policy
Preorders are a great way to order exclusive fashion items with less worry. Think of this service, as a personal shopper or custom order!
Shipping / Processing times:
We want you to feel confident that you will receive your preorder items within a reasonable timeframe; typically you will receive your order between 1-6 weeks. Each preorder item has an estimated shipping date. So it is noted, we cannot guarantee these dates as they are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. This is due to the designer’s production schedules and in some cases national shortages. In some rare cases an item may arrive several weeks after, but sometimes much shorter times. We have no control over vendor production schedules/inventory but we will keep you updated with delivery times. In the rare event we cannot deliver your preordered item(s), we will refund your order immediately.
- All preorders are shipped on first come, first served basis.
- Shortly after placing your order, you will be notified of your estimated delivery date.
Charges:
Your will be charged for the full amount upon placing your order. If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund immediately.
If you order multiple preorder items or if you combine in-stock items with preorder items, we will ship your order once the preorder item(s) arrive. If you would like for the in-stock items to be shipped separately from the preorder item, you may place (2) separate orders (one for preorder and one for in-stock items), this option is subject to (2) shipping costs (if applicable).
We will only accept cancellations on preorder items (while in transit) for store credit only, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Once you receive your item(s), then the standard return/refund policy is in effect. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
