In its earlier stages, GRO FIT solely offered wellness events, such as themed fitness parties, panel discussions and corporate wellness programs. GRO FIT prides itself on serving the people by presenting them with unforgettable experiences, all in the name of health!

Downward Spiral
This program helped me turn around the downward spiral that happened to me when I started working a desk job. Research Program
During the 3 years that Gwen worked with the CUNY Research Foundation's, Empowering Youth to Excel and Succeed Project her dedication was simply astounding. On average students lost about 15 pounds. 2 Consecutive Years
