Join our email list (form located at the bottom of every page) or go to the LIVE SHOPPING page (link located on the menubar) to get notified when we're going live again. Also, you may visit the CALENDAR page (located on the menubar under EVENTS).

SHOP LIKE A PRO:

It's EASY, just tune in and shop.

1. No registration required to participate.
2. Add items to your cart and checkout (on the left) without leaving the LIVE SHOPPING session.
3. Ask questions and interact (on the right).
4. Click the play button (in the center to play the LIVE.

Yes, you can click remove from cart and edit the quantity (add or remove) directly through the interface.

Sometimes there is a system delay that can result in an item getting sold out, which in turn, your order may have to be cancelled or/and you will be waitlisted if the item is a restock item.

LOCAL PICKUP

Yes, you order online and pick up in-store. You may pick up at the Sweat & Shape Showroom, during open showroom hours or by appointment. Check the CALENDAR page to find out when the showroom is open.

POLICY FAQs

Promotional coupons are limit one per customer and cannot be combined with other offers. Coupons are not valid for purchase of gift certificates, gift cards or in-store services. If your coupon is not working, please double check that it has been entered correctly. Most coupons have restrictions and are available for only a limited time. If you're having a problem with a code, please send us an e-mail.

Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Notify us of your return within 7 days of delivery. Items such as underwear, clearance and contest items are final sale and cannot be returned. Other items that cannot be returned will be explicitly stated on the product page or will be part of the sale terms. Returned items must have its original tags attached, be unworn and in brand new (salable) condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the item has been received at our warehouse and is approved, refunds will be issued instantly and the time in which you receive it, will depend on your financial institution/bank.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received and usually within 72 hours. Shipping times are strictly based on the courier; however, domestically, orders can be delivered in as little as 1 day, up to 5 days. An email notification will be sent to you once your order is shipped with your tracking number and shipping courier.


Depending on where you are in the world, we use USPS, UPS or DHL.

Free shipping $75 and up, applies to U.S.A./Domestic shipping.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.

SIZING FAQs

Tops:
To determine your size in tops & dresses, we recommend using the size indicated by your bust & waist measurements. If these measurements indicate different sizes, we recommend using the bust measurement.
Bottoms:
To determine your size in bottoms, we recommend using the size indicated by your waist, hip & thigh measurements. If these measurements indicate different sizes, we recommend using the hip measurement.
*Measuring tape is your friend*

Using a measuring tape:
Chest: 
Measure at the fullest part of the bust (Women).
Chest: Take measurement up under the arms and around chest (Men).
Sleeves: Measure from the base of the neck, across shoulder, down arm to slightly bent elbow and up to wrist.
Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.
Hips: Measure at the fullest point, standing with feet together.
Inseam: Uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.

If you do not see your size listed for a particular item, that means that item either is not available in that size, it is sold out or only available by special order. If you want to inquire about when/if it will be stocked you may email us at shop@grofitparty.com.

WHOLESALE / BULK / BUSINESS ORDER FAQs

Yes, we gladly support our customers who choose to purchase wholesale orders from us.

At this point, we don't offer samples to try before you buy. We're confident you'll love our products as much as our retail customers do.

MISCELLANEOUS (MISC.) FAQs

For safety during shipping and to preserve battery life, a clear and red plastic tab is placed visibly between the batteries, just pull that plastic tab out and the LED product will become functional.
