    MEASUREMENTS

    • Your waist is the narrowest part of your mid-section (generally approx. 1-2cm above belly button). The above waist measurements is based on the smallest shaper configuration, however, do keep in mind that the waist portion of the shaper is adjustable.
    • The above size chart (shown in inches) should only be used as a reference. See next bullet point.
    • Rule of thumb: Choose a size based on your sports bra... do 1 size up from your sports bra, as the waist portion is adjustable but the top portion is not.
    WOMEN'S SIZING
    • Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the bust.
    • Sleeves: Measure from the base of the neck, across shoulder, down arm to slightly bent elbow and up to wrist.
    • Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.
    • Hips: Measure at the fullest point, standing with feet together.
    • Inseam: Uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.

    MEN'S SIZING

    • Chest: Take measurement up under the arms and around chest.
    • Sleeves: Measure from the base of the neck, across shoulder, down arm to slightly bent elbow and up to wrist.
    • Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.
    • Hips: Measure at the fullest point, standing with feet together.
    • Inseam: Uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
